The aim of this study was investigate the relationship between of core self-evaluations with job satisfaction considering mediating role of work-family conflict and work-family facilitation. Statistical society was employees of an industrial company so that sample was selected from 200 persons of them stratified random method. The instruments which used in this research were core self-evaluations, work-family conflict, work-family facilitation and job satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, structure equation modeling (SEM) and mediation analysis. The results showed that the proposed model fit the data properly. Also all direct and indirect effects were significant. In fact, core self-evaluations directly and indirectly are lead to job satisfaction. These findings may provide insight into the underlying mechanism or process causing work- family conflict or facilitation.
