Abstract :
The present research is done in Abuzar hospital in Ahwaz in 2012 and its purpose was a study the effectiveness of hope therapy the way group on the happiness between the male Personnel’s. This projects samples were all of the male personnel's in Abuzar hospital. Plan of the project was the pretest-posttest with control group. So 50 persons were chose from this group as an example randomly and were divided into two groups (25 experimental and 25 control subjects). Educational interventions Hope was during 9 sections per week in 90 minutes for each section on the group to form a group and upon completion of the training program, posttest was performing in both groups and after a month follow-up tests were performed on both groups during one section. The used tool was Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHI). Data were analyzed in both descriptive and inferential by SPSS software version 18. The results showed that hope therapy causes happiness significantly as well as its components in the experimental group and this effect has continued until step up. α:0.05
