Abstract :
Mindfulness is a unique way to help and respond to couples' problems that help them resolve their conflicts by providing non-judgmental awareness. Therefore, the study was conducted with the aim of making mindfulness training effective on emotional self-regulation, enduring anxiety disorder and moral resilience, and resolving marital conflicts in couples with a compatibility problem in Kermanshah.Applied research is a semi-experimental, pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of all couples has marital differences referring to the counseling centers of Kermanshah Dispute Resolution Council in 1398. The sample size of 30 male and female couples is inconsistent, which was selected by the available method and then estimated by the random method of 30 people (experimental group of 15 people, control group of 15 people). Therapeutic protocol was mindfulness training. Research tools include a self-regulatory emotion questionnaire with a reliability of 0.81, a tolerance questionnaire with a reliability of 0.83, moral resilience with a reliability of 0.81, and a marital conflict questionnaire with a reliability of 0.86. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor. Descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (analysis of variance test) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that mindfulness training reduced conflict conflicts and increased self-regulation, moral resilience and tolerance of confusion in incompatible couples.Mindfulness training can effectively reduce the amount of conflict and washing and affect the level of moral resilience and tolerance of confusion, self-regulation.
