Abstract :
Afghanistan socially textured mosaic of ethnic, sectarian groups are numerous. The triple nature of political and Iraq, has the potential areas of tension and disintegration in itself. Internal developments in Afghanistan and the rise of the Taliban and the presence of trans-regional states in the country's developments and considerations to the interests of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Iran linked. Accordingly, any success or failure in advancing the process of nation-building in the country, requires attention to the threat posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran's National Security developments that may in the future be faced with certain risks. Therefore, to follow the developments related to restructuring and brokers in Afghanistan and gradual formation of a new political system, Afghanistan has intensified the process of transformation of the environment and the multiple effects at all levels (local, regional and international) and fields (soft and hard) is created. This article seeks to identify the role of Iran in the process of nation-building in Afghanistan and its impact on Iran's national security and the provision of appropriate strategies in this field.
