Abenomics and development policies in Japan

Abstract :
Economic growth and development has an important place in the global political economy. Due to the importance that the discussion of the politics and economy of various countries, especially the developing world, the main concern of many countries, both developed and developing different levels of policy-making has become. Japan is a country that agile development process, particularly after the end of World War II, it has become a successful model of development around the world. This trend was halted in the early 1990s and in the course of the Japanese economy is facing recession. In the same decade, Japan's regional rivals such as China and South Korea has experienced rapid growth and have changed the balance of power in East Asia to win. These developments, economic recession became Japan's national struggle for the country. In this article we are going to emphasize on development-oriented culture of Japan as a major factor in the country's development, the Analytical method to examine the causes of the recession and the weakness of the country in recent decades. The argument of this paper is that the data changes in the policy and the rise of Shinzo Abe and his economic program as Abenomics, by ignoring culture-oriented development of Japan and the emphasis on short-term economic policies, despite the short-term positive effects on the economy, will not be successful.
