Abstract :
One of the major threats to the economic security of countries is the phenomenon of corruption and economic crime. This is particularly true of countries with a rentier economy with more obvious aspects and manifestations, and Iran's criminal law demonstrates that there is no criminal offense under this heading of economic corruption in Iran's criminal code, or under another heading, has been criminalized, or The Criminal Code of Iran has paid a fair share of this crime to the fullest. Of course, the Islamic Penal Code of 1392 states that disruption of the economic system of the country is widely regarded as one of the examples of corruption in the law. In this case, the law is inadequate. Studies show that the phenomenon of corruption and economic crime firstly affects the economic security of societies and, on the other hand, affect the political development of the Especially Iran countries.
