Abstract :
Abstract The impact of Islamic mysticism on poets and writers has made them able to highlight mystical experiences by using linguistic and expressive possibilities and using imaginary images; Paradox is one of the spiritual arrays that Moulavi and Hafez Shirazi have used for this purpose and to convey complex mystical concepts. In this descriptive-analytical research, the author has investigated the effect of mystical experiences on Moulavi and Hafez paradoxes; The results obtained from this research indicate that according to Moulavi and Hafez, words are incapable of conveying meaning and mystical experiences are incomprehensible and indescribable for those who are not privy to the door of divine knowledge. This has caused the language to be coded and paradoxical, and these two poets, by expressing paradox, emphasize that not only is there no contradiction in contradictory images, but paradoxical sentences or combinations make mystical concepts and experiences complete and comprehensible.
