Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate effective factors and strategies and present a model for developing student business markets with an entrepreneurial approach in Zahedan's second-year secondary schools. This research was developmental in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of data type with an exploratory approach, and the participant population included entrepreneurship experts from 1402-1403. The statistical population included all teachers and principals of second-year secondary schools, 854 people, and the statistical sample of this research was 24 people using purposive sampling and the principle of theoretical saturation. According to the basic theory of the research, causal factors, environmental conditions, and contextual characteristics, each category was examined separately. The most important identified indicators of the entrepreneurial attitude of school officials and decision-makers; are student motivation; teaching-learning process; measuring school quality; continuous monitoring of business markets; student participation; providing and allocating financial resources; training in entrepreneurial skills; providing empowerment courses; Support for education; encouragement of parents; formulation of specialized rules; entrepreneurial school climate; attractive business design; school structure and infrastructure; sociocultural; economic-financial; educational-technological; political-legal; improving the level of entrepreneurship; creating new value; increasing the ability of students' experience and ultimately improving the level of employment in the future of work were identified.
