Abstract :

This paper aims to identify the approach of the Supreme Leader in the virtual space after the formation of the Supreme Council of cyberspace and identify opportunities and threats in cyberspace looked require his and identifying strengths and weaknesses internal to the virtual space of their eyes and prioritize these issues experts look, has been developed. The study was evaluation of quantitative content analysis. The population, including statements by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamanei after the formation of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace. The findings show that the attitude indicator leader in virtual space, the resulting number is 0.09, which indicates a positive attitude and a weak leader to cyberspace. This means that although the space is an opportunity but his statements implied that the cyber threats to our society is more chances.
