Abstract :
The purpose of this study, which was carried out using qualitative focus groups and snowball sampling, was to investigate the impact of satellite programs on the lifestyle of satellite viewers in Arak city and finally, according to age, education and income, 8 groups ( Each group (n = 9), 4 groups were selected as satellite viewers and the other 4 groups were selected as non-viewers of satellite programs. Research findings show that financial focus, quality, and type of needs are factors influencing the purchase patterns of satellite viewers, and their nutritional patterns are more traditional and Iranian, and satellite advertising programs focus on the type of food, how they are served, and the dishes. People have little impact on body management, both satellite and non-satellite viewers like to maintain and maintain their fitness through natural methods such as exercise, walking and consulting with nutritionists and experienced physicians. . Respondents described the program as one of the most prominent advertising styles that undermined family tradition, undermined religious and traditional values, extramarital relationships, normalizing infidelity, consumerism, consumerism and luxury. Satellites are widespread in the community. Therefore, it is suggested that the broadening of media literacy of audiences in order to counter the messages of satellite networks with the aim of informing the public of the real intentions of their creators and producers more seriously.
