Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for developing managerial and educational Empowerment of graduate students of Media management of Islamic Azad University, Tehran. The research method was a quantitative approach .The present study is applicable to the target dimension. The statistical population of this study was 200 students of Ph.D. and Master Students of Islamic Azad University of Tehran who were selected by random sampling according to Morgan table. A data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to formalize the questionnaire, experts ' opinions were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was also assessed using Cronbach's alpha test. Due to data analysis, inferential statistics such as t-test, Spss, PLS and exploratory factor analysis. Using the theoretical bases of a combination of four approaches and two models Spritz and Cattel, Horn, Kroll, 12 components and 80 indicators of university students' empowerment were studied. The findings of the study indicate that the graduated students Media management of the statistical society are in a better position than managers in terms of managerial capabilities. The development of managerial and Educational capabilities based on the presented model can improve critical thinking and critical micro-thinking and Scientific identity meta-cognitive development in graduated students and faculty members who challenge the university.
