Abstract :
Narrative research is one of the methods of literary criticism that researchers in the field of literature have been busy with. One of the methods of analyzing narrative texts is Grimas' narrative theory entitled "narrative grammar". By using this narrative pattern, it is possible to analyze the types of stories and measure the compatibility or non-compatibility of the stories with Grimas's narrative theory and find the elements in the text. The story of Bahman fortress is one of the magical stories of Shahnameh. In this article, which is taken from the author's doctorate thesis entitled "narrative grammar in the magical stories of the Shahnameh based on the theory of Algirdas Grimas", the researcher intends to criticize this story based on the narrative theory of Algirdas Grimas with the help of the findings of the said thesis. Measure the grimace with it.
