Abstract :
This research is about Embodiment and construction femininity and using the grounded theory method in order to achieve the paradigmatic model of rhinoplasty among female students. The process of understanding cosmetic surgery among teenage girls needs a deep analysis and analysis in order to examine the exact aspects of this phenomenon. The main question of the current research is what are the reasons, meanings and consequences of rhinoplasty for these girls?

The main question of the current research is what are the reasons, meanings and consequences of rhinoplasty for these girls?
In recent years, rhinoplasty among female students in Ahvaz has seen a growing trend and a significant increase. Surveys conducted on the basis of the student network in girls' high schools of this city show the high tendency of students to perform this cosmetic surgery. What factors caused these girls to perform nose surgery? What goals do these girls pursue by performing this cosmetic surgery? And what are the consequences of nose surgery for these teenagers?
The research method is grounded theory type. Contextual theory is a theory that is directly extracted from the data that has been regularly collected and analyzed during the research. In this method, data collection, analysis, and final theory are closely related to each other. The type of sampling was purposeful, and according to the importance of sufficiency and saturation, the adequacy of sampling was determined in the number of 17 informants
