Verification and Investigation of Entrepreneurial Curriculums’ Effectiveness of Quick-Return Plans on Mazandarani Entrepreneur Women

Abstract :
Entrepreneurial Curriculum is a policy that influences the quality and quantity of supplying entrepreneurs within a society. The purpose of the present research was the evaluation of entrepreneurial curriculums effectiveness of quick return plans on Mazandaran entrepreneur women. Statistical population in this research included 850 women from Mazandaran entrepreneur. With rreference to particular limitations of data collection, 120 persons were selected as the sample of the study. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, and data analysess were done by SPSS and LISREL software. The results of T-test demonstrated that entrepreneurial curriculums’ effectiveness and all sub-evaluation dimensions(motivations provoking, features nurturing and skills training) were not placed in desirable status. But the results of structural equation modeling demonstrated that models’ totality upheld and showed that there were significant relationships between components and entrepreneurial curriculums’ effectiveness. Finally, in order to observe further effectiveness and quality of these curriculums, managers are advised to address their own curriculums’ quality more than ever.
