The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital in the Relationship between Organizational Culture and the Quality of Working Life Among Female Teachers

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of intercultural psychological relationships in the relationship between organizational culture and the quality of life among female teachers. The present research was a purposeful, theoretical, and descriptive type of correlation. The statistical population of this research included all the first female Kohmara Noodan female teachers, who were over 150 people. In this study, 108 people were selected using a simple random sampling method based on Morgan table. The research instrument consisted of three standard Luthanese psychological questionnaires, a Qasemzadeh Quality of Life Questionnaire, and a Quinn Center for Culture and Education. Validity and reliability were also confirmed. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis indicated that there was a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and psychological capital. There was a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and quality of work life. There was a direct and significant relationship between psychological capital and quality of work life. Psychological capital had a significant mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture variables and the quality of work life.
