Abstract :
The present study aims to identify the dimensions and indicators of governance of urban diplomacy in Tehran in the era of globalization and identify barriers to achieving urban diplomacy in Tehran. Statistical population The statistical population consists of mayors of regions, districts and deputies of urban planning and architecture, , deputy of urban affairs and urban space and deputy of human resources development and coordination and planning of Tehran municipalities and Districts, mayors and 123 districts of Tehran with a total of 90 people are selected by simple random sampling (contingency available sample). In this research, the library method has been used to collect information and review the research backgrounds and literature of scientific theories related to the research topic and to review the research records. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that these three questionnaires of governance, urban diplomacy and globalization were designed with "Likert scale" scale, and the validity index (CVR) was based on the opinions of 25 experts and professors. Cronbach's alpha method was used for the reliability of the questionnaires and internal consistency or the reliability of the items. it placed. Statistical analysis was also performed by SPSS software. The results showed; Causal relationships between the research variables that have been addressed from the lowest and most inappropriate, non-significant relationships of each of the variables, respectively: rule of law and urban governance, legal territory and urban globalization, efficiency and effectiveness in urban governance, participation and governance Urban, political realm and urban globalization and transparency and urban governance as well as variables with significant relationships such as: responsibility and urban sovereignty, urban accountability and sovereignty, central consensus and urban sovereignty, economic realm and urban globalization, cultural realm and urban globalization International relations and urban diplomacy, justice-oriented and urban governance, and the ability of management and urban diplomacy are the least effective in the inappropriateness of the global model, respectively
