Zoning of the rural tourism product of Neyshabur County

Abstract :
With the increasing number of tourists traveling around the world and the evolution of new destinations around the world, it is of great importance for a destination to know and develop its tourism product to attract more tourists and withstand growing competition. Therefore, in the present study, it is focused on the zoning of the rural tourism product in Neyshabur County. The method of descriptive-analytical research and data collection was documentary and field method. For this purpose, the tourism product was quantified in 233 villages with tourist attractions in Neyshabur city, within the framework of the Gan model, And by combining and overlapping 76 layers in the GIS environment, zoning was done and the top priorities of rural tourism development were introduced at the city level. The results showed that in the studied products, the attraction factor with a score of 0.400 is in the first place, the accessibility factor is in the second place with a score of 0.258, the factor of facilities and facilities is in the third place with a score of 0.166, and then the organizational and institutional factors are in order with a score of 0.107. And hospitality are placed at 0.069. In general, the most favorable areas in terms of tourism products are located in the villages of Chakane Alia, Klidar, Barznon, Bozhan, Greene and Dizbad olia. The results showed that Neyshabur city has a high potential from the point of view of rural tourism, but the weaknesses in other products have negatively affected the existing capabilities and caused the lack of development of rural tourism, And although, the ability of rural tourism attractions has a high level of attractiveness due to the diversity and different species, But other components of rural tourism products in the region do not have the desired integrity and uniformity and are at a very low level.
