Abstract :
Despite the formation and establishment of the country's largest industrial pole in recent decades in the Mobarakeh region and the existence of extensive oral and undocumented discussions about its regional effects, a detailed investigation about this industrial pole, especially in relation to its role in the stability and instability of settlements the village of the mentioned city has not been done. And the instability of the rural settlements of the mentioned city has taken place. Considering this research gap, the purpose of the present research is recognizing and evaluating of establishment effect and industries loading on rural settlements stability in Mobarakeh region from the point of view industries owners and local managers. This research is practical in terms of type and analytical-Comparative in term of nature. The information and data have been collected in both library and field. In order to analyze the data, qualitative method was used, and for the analysis of the interviews, the Max Kyuda software was used, and the process of coding and creating themes was discussed with the technique of qualitative content analysis(theme). The results of interviews were showed that from the point of view of industries owners, the environmental dimension is more colorful in terms of the frequency of primary open codes and it has a total of about 184 cases of primary open codes and by evaluating the investigated categories, the establishment of industries has brought the environmental sustainability of rural settlements in the region. Hierarchical analysis technique has been used to analyze paired comparison questionnaires and the data has been analyzed using Express Choice software. The results obtained from this analysis show that according to the managers of local institutions, the criteria of atmospheric and water fluctuations, environmental destruction, pollution, diseases and road accidents with a weight of 0.323 are the most important negative consequences caused by the loading of peripheral industries. It has been introduced on the rural settlements of the study area.
