Abstract :
Due to the literature about this topic and the results of the study, it should be noted that usually every organization at first is established as a small unit. At the beginningof the organization activity, the culture is formed quickly in it according to several factors. Culture formation depends on the reasons for the creation of organization and its place in the society and its success factors such as efficiency, quality of providing services, innovation, hard work and loyalty to the organization. When an organizationis made, it takes a lot of effort from the staff to the success of the organization. Regarding the role of organizational culture in enhancing the quality of health care, considering its effective variables is of extraordinary importance. In the meantime, social capital is one of the variables that influences onorganizational culture and facilitates the certain acts of individuals within the structure; accordingly, the purpose of this article is to study the role of social capital in organizational culture from the nurse's perspectives. This research is practical according to its purpose, but according to the Research Methodology is of a descriptive –correlative type. The statistical sample of the research includes 200 nurses working in different sectors in hospitals of the city of Zanjan city. In this article, a research form has been used to gather the theoretical basics and research literature; In addition, to gather data for testing the research hypotheses, two questionnaires were used which were distributed among statistical sample of the investigation, after examining their reliability and stability. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson's correlation coefficient tests and structural equations were used. The findings suggest that social capital with a standardized coefficient of 0.76 and 11.63 t-values has an impact on organizational culture. As well, social capital impacts on the sustainability culture by a factor of 0.585, on the responsibility culture by a factor of 0.463, and on collaborative culture by a factor of 0.789 and on the adaptation culture by a factor of 0.567. Accordingly, it has been proposed that managers can strengthen the social capital by giving more authority to nurses, establishing different work teams, and creating more sense of confidence in the staff and colleagues and as a result, the organizational culture is consolidated and the benefits of a strong culture will be used. Results obtained for this research have some limitations, including use of questionnaires and due to those in the diagnosis of the actual/available situation, it is recommended that in future researches, other tools should be used to collect data in addition to using questionnaires. Another limitation of this study is in its statistical sample; Statistical sample of the present study consists of only 200 nurses who seem low with regard to the number of employees in this job; therefore, more cautious should be taken in generalizing the results of the study to the general society.
