Identifying and Ranking the Components of Organizational Spirituality among the Personnel and Members of Academic Staff in Region 13 of Islamic Azad University in 2013

Abstract :
This research has been done with the purpose of explaining the factors of organizational spirituality among the personnel and members of academic staff in distric13 of Islamic Azad University in 2013. The statistical population of this research includes all of the staff and faculty members in distric13 of Islamic Azad University, consisting of 4230 people. The sample size of the research was determined by Morgan table with 351 people including 200 staff and 151 faculty members according to stratified random sampling. Field research method (survey) and descriptive analytic method such as Smirnoff Kolmogrof test, Keizer Maier Olken, Krovet Bartlett and factor analysis test, and rotated varimax technique … have been used in the research. The measurement tool used in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire "organizational spirituality" with 0.93 percent reliability and with Validity confirmed by experts. It became clear that seven factors contribute to organizational spirituality as the main factors which are in order of importance: 1) better self awareness, 2) sense of meaning in work, 3) affinity with organizational values, 4) superego leadership, 5) sense of solidarity, 6) excellent awareness, and 7) ciritical existence thinking. These factors represent 98 percent of the whole varianc.
