Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of cognitive fusion variable related to body image in the relationship between self-compassion variable and body dysmorphic symptoms variable in women applying for beauty services .The method used in the existing research is a description of the correlation type (structural equation modeling). The statistical population included all women between 20 and 50 years old who visited beauty clinics in Tehran to receive beauty services or advice on beauty services. The sample of this research includes 319 people who were selected as available. In order to collect the information needed for the research, the questionnaires of the Self-Compassion Short Form Scale (SCS-SF), the Modified Yale-Brown Obsession Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder Phillips (BDD-YBOCS) and the Ferreira Body Image-Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ-BI) were used. The data was analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling and according to the results of the present study, it can be stated that the meta-diagnostic factor of cognitive fusion related to body image plays a full mediating role in the relationship between self-compassion and body dysmorphic symptoms in women applying for cosmetic surgeries. In other words, it can be said that a non-judgmental attitude towards thoughts related to physical appearance gives a person the opportunity to psychologically distance himself from his thoughts and not fuses with them, and the symptoms of body dysmorphia are reduced in him. It is suggested that the results of the present study be used for the psychological training of cosmetic surgery applicants with dysmorphic syndromes, especially focusing on the concepts of self-compassion and cognitive fusion.

رابطه خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در زنان متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی: نقش واسطه‌ای همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی

 

 

 

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای متغیر همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی بین متغیر خودشفقتی و متغیر نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در زنان متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی است. روش مورد استفاده در پژوهش موجود، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری دربرگیرنده‌ی تمام زنان 20 تا 50 ساله‌ای بود که به کلینک‌های زیبایی شهر تهران جهت دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی و یا مشاوره در مورد آن مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه‌ی این پژوهش شامل 319 نفر است که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های مقیاس فرم کوتاه خودشفقتی نف (SCS-SF)، مقیاس اصلاح‌شده‌ی وسواس فکری جبری ییل-بروان برای اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی فیلیپس (BDD-YBOCS) و پرسشنامه‌ی همجوشی شناختی-تصویر بدنی فریراCFQ-BI) ) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با کمک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد و با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر می‌توان بیان داشت که عامل فراتشخیصی همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت انگاری بدنی در زنان متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی نقش واسطه‌ای کامل دارد، به‌طوری که تمام ارتباط بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت انگاری بدنی در این افراد، از طریق مسیر غیر مستقیم همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنا می‌شود.

مقدمه

یکی از راه‌هایی که افراد جهت زیبا شدن به آن دست می‌زنند، جراحی‌های زیبایی¹هستند که به‌طور روزافزونی در حال افزایش است؛ این اصطلاح در مورد اقدام‌هایی کاربرد دارد که بدون ضرورت پزشکی و برای  نزدیک شدن به استانداردهای زیبایی انجام می‌شوند‌(ون²، 2017). طبق گزارش انجمن بین‌المللی جراحی‌های زیبایی³، ایران جز 10 کشور اول در این زمینه قرار دارد(ولیخانی و گودرزی،2017).

در بین متقاضی‌های جراحی‌های زیبایی افرادی که دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی باشند نیز حضور دارند؛ به طوری که 3 تا 16 درصد از مبتلایان به بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی تقاضا یا سابقه‌ی جراحی‌های زیبایی دارند(مولروا و ویس⁴، 2018). اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی⁵ در DSM-5 به‌صورت مشغولیت ذهنی به نقص بدنی بی‌اهمیت یا غیرقابل مشاهده تعریف‌شده است؛ فرد مبتلا به علت اضطراب ناشی از افکار منفی و تکرار شونده در مورد چشم، لب، پستان و سایر قسمت‌ها به رفتارهای اجتنابی مثل جراحی‌های زیبایی دست می‌زند. این اختلال سبب نقص عملکرد در زمینه‌های اجتماعی، شغلی و تحصیلی می‌شود که می‌تواند اجتناب از برخی موقعیت‌ها یا خانه‌نشینی کامل باشد. شایع‌ترین سن شروع این اختلال 15 تا 30 سال است (کاپلان و سادوک⁶، 2015).

پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند افراد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن سطوح پایین‌تری از خودشفقتی⁷  را تجربه می‌کنند( خان⁸ و همکاران، 2021؛ آلن⁹ و همکاران، 2020؛ روبرت¹⁰ و همکاران، 2019). به گفته‌ی نف¹¹(2012) خودشفقتی، شفقتی است متوجه درون خود فرد و دارای سه مولفه‌ی مهربانی با خود - خود قضاوت‌گری، اشتراک‌های انسانی - انزوا و ذهن آگاهی - همانندسازی افراطی است. فرد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی، به علت همانندسازی افراطی با افکار منفی پیرامون تصویر بدنش با اتخاذ نگرشی قضاوتی، توانایی مهربانی با خویشتن را ندارد و خودش را با رنج حاصل از تصویر بدنی منفی خود که در حال تجربه‌ی آن است تنها و در انزوا می‌بیند(آلن و همکاران،2020).

همچنین پژوهش‌ها حاکی از آن‌اند که بین خودشفقتی و همجوشی شناختی¹² همبستگی منفی وجود دارد(ساردرا¹³ و همکاران، 2020؛ بشرپور و همکاران، 1399؛ فرخی و همکاران، 1396). همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی¹⁴، همانندسازی افراطی با افکار و احساسات مربوط به تصویر بدنی بوده و چون فرد باور دارد که تجربه‌ی درونی او در رابطه با بدنش حقیقتی مسلم و بیرونی است، دچار گسلش از واقعیت می‌شود(فریرا و همکاران، 2015). خودشفقتی سبب ذهن‌آگاه بودن فرد شده، مانع از همجوشی فرد با تجربه‌ی درونی خود و همچنین گسلش او از واقعیت می‌شود؛ خودشفقتی به فرد این امکان را می‌دهد با خود مهربان و بی‌قضاوت باشد و با افکار منفی و قضاوت‌گر خود در مورد تصویر بدنی ‌خویش همجوشی پیدا نکند(ساردرا و همکاران، 2020).

به‌طور کلی، پایین بودن سطح خودشفقتی و بالا بودن سطح همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در بروز رنج روانشناختی افراد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی موثر است و فرد برای کاهش این رنج به رفتارهای اجتنابی مانند جراحی زیبایی دست می‌زند که در کوتاه مدت سبب کاهش رنج روانشناختی شده و در بلند مدت اثر معکوس دارد(برنارد و کوری¹⁵، 2016)؛ به‌طوری که پژوهش‌ مختاری و همکاران(2021) نشان می‌دهد رواندرستی و کیفیت زندگی متقاضیان پس از جراحی زیبایی بهبود نیافته و بررسی روانشناختی این افراد پیش از جراحی ضروری است؛ از آن‌جا که جراحی زیبایی پاسخ مناسبی برای این افراد نیست، سبب هزینه‌های فردی و جمعی متعددی مانند جراحی‌های زیبایی مکرر و نقص عضو یا مرگ ناشی از آن، بروز یا تشدید سایر اختلالات روانی در فرد، اعتیاد یا خودکشی و همچنین هزینه‌ی مالی می‌شود( سوراسان¹⁶ و همکاران، 2019؛ ابرت و گیرینبرگ¹⁷، 2013؛ مختاری و همکاران، 2021).

با توجه به اهمیت نقش زنان در جامعه و تاثیر کیفیت سلامت روان زنان در پرورش نسل آینده‌ و آنچه گفته شد‌ فرضیه‌ی پژوهش حاضر مبنی بر این است که، رابطه‌ی بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن، مستقیم و خطی نبوده و متغیر همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در میان رابطه‌ی بین این دو متغیر مداخله می‌کند و با توجه به یافت نشدن پژوهشی با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ی غیرخطی متغیرهای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن و خودشفقتی با واسطه‌گری همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در بین منابع در دسترس، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در زنان متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی است.

روش

پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که با استفاده از روش آماری مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری دربرگیرنده‌ی تمام زنان 20 تا 50 ساله‌ای بود که به کلینک‌های زیبایی شهر تهران جهت دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی و یا مشاوره در مورد آن مراجعه کرده بودند. با توجه به نظر کلاین¹⁸(2005) در پژوهش‌های مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری حداقل حجم نمونه بهتر است 200 عدد باشد، برای انجام این پژوهش 357 نمونه، به صورت در دسترس جمع‌آوری شد که با حذف 38 پرسشنامه به علت پر شدن ناقص، 319 پرسشنامه مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. ملاک‌های ورود شامل رضایت برای مشارکت در پژوهش، سابقه یا تمایل جهت انجام جراحی‌های زیبایی و قرار داشتن در بازه‌ی سنی 20 تا 50 سال بود. ملاک‌های خروج نیز شامل ناتوانی در خواندن و نوشتن، دریافت تشخیص اختلال‌های روانی شدید، عدم تمایل جهت شرکت در پژوهش و دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی به دلایل پزشکی و درمانی بود. جهت تدوین از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 21 و AMOS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.

ابزار پژوهش

مقیاس خودشفقتی- فرم کوتاه (¹⁹SCS-SF): نف(2003) این مقیاس خود گزارشی 26 سؤالی که شامل 6 خرده مقیاس مهربانی با خود، خودقضاوت‌گری، ذهن آگاهی، همانندسازی افراطی، اشتراک‌های انسانی و انزوا است را برای سنجش کیفیت رابطه‌ی افراد باتجربه‌های درونیشان طراحی کرد. نمره‌گذاری این مقیاس به‌وسیله‌ی طیف لیکرت پنج درجه‌ای (کاملا موافق= 1، کاملا مخالف= 5) انجام می‌شود. نف پایایی کلی را از طریق محاسبه‌ی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 گزارش کرده است. پایایی باز آزمایی دو هفته پس از اجرای اولیه 93/0 محاسبه شد؛ پایایی و روایی در ایران نیز توسط پژوهش‌های متعددی ازجمله پژوهش‌های خانجانی و همکاران با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 تائید شده است(خانجانی و همکاران، 2019؛ خانجانی و همکاران، 1395). آلفای کرونباخ کل در این پژوهش نیز 89/0 به دست آمد.

مقیاس اصلاح‌شده‌ی وسواس فکری جبری ییل-بروان برای اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی(²⁰BDD-YBOCS): این مقیاس جهت بررسی شدت علائم اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدن توسط فیلیپس و همکاران تنظیم شد. شامل 12 سوال است که دارای ساختار مرتبه‌ای-دو عاملی شامل وسواس‌های فکری، وسواس‌های عملی و همچنین دو سؤال اضافه در رابطه با بینش و اجتناب است. نمره‌گذاری این مقیاس با کمک طیف لیکرت پنج درجه‌ای (کاملا مخالف= صفر، کاملا موافق=4) انجام می‌شود. پایایی ارزیاب‌ها و پایایی باز آزمایی یک‌هفته‌ای 88/0 r=گزارش شده است. همچنین آلفای کرونباخ 8/0 برای همسانی درونی، نشان‌دهنده‌ی هماهنگی بالای درونی این مقیاس بود(فیلیپس و همکاران، 1997). ربیعی و همکاران( 1388) نیز دامنه تغییرات ضرایب آلفا را از78/0 تا 93/0 گزارش کرده‌اند. ضرایب پایایی نیز از نوع آلفا کرونباخ 93/0، دوپاره‌سازی 83/0 و ضریب گاتمن 92/0 به دست آمد. آلفای کرونباخ کل در این پژوهش نیز 72/0 به دست آمد.

پرسشنامه‌ی همجوشی شناختی-تصویر بدنی ²¹CFQ-BI)): فریرا و همکاران(2015) یک ابزار خود سنجی با 10 سؤال جهت سنجش میزان همجوشی فرد با شناخت‌های متمرکز بر تصویر بدنی‌اش ارائه کردند. برای نمره‌گذاری این مقیاس از طیف لیکرت هفت درجه‌ای (هرگز= 1، همیشه= 7) استفاده می‌شود. آن‌ها برای پایایی درونی این مقیاس با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به عدد 96/0 دست پیدا کردند؛ روایی همگرای این ابزار با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در رابطه با بعد آمیختگی پرسشنامه‌ی آمیختگی شناختی گیلاندرز²² 65/0=r، پرسشنامه‌ی اختلالات خوردن²³ 74/0= r و همچنین روایی واگرا در رابطه با پرسشنامه‌ی تجربیات²⁴ 53/0- = r و مقیاس آگاهی و توجه به هوشیارانه²⁵ 22/0- = r  محاسبه شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل در این پژوهش نیز 95/0 به دست آمد.

یافته‌ها

در نمونه­ی پژوهش 6/68 درصد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی، 48 درصد متاهل و 7/47 درصد شاغل بودند. میانگین و انحراف استاندارد سن شرکت‌کنندگان به ترتیب برابر با 26/30 و 5/8 بود.

در پژوهش حاضر به ارزیابی یک مدل ساختاری پرداخته‌شده است که در این مدل ساختاری، فرض بر این بوده است که همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در زنان متقاضی جراحی‌های زیبایی نقش واسطه‌ای ایفا می‌کنند، از این‌ رو در ابتدا میانگین، انحراف معیار و ماتریس همبستگی این متغیرها در جدول 1 ارائه‌شده است.

پیش از آزمون مدل، مفروضه‌های نرمال بودن، هم‌خطی متغیرها و استقلال خطاها بررسی شد. با توجه به گفته‌ی کلاین(2005) و قرار داشتن دامنه‌ی قدرمطلق چولگی و کشیدگی در بازه‌های 057/0 تا 736/0 و 054/0 تا 316/0 می‌توان از نرمال بودن داده‌ها اطمینان حاصل کرد. از آن‌جا که طبق جدول 1 تمامی ضرایب همبستگی کمتر از 8/0 هستند و از آنجا که ضرایب همبستگی بالاتر از 85/0 نشان از هم‌خطی چندگانه دارد(کلاین، 2005) و همچنین آماره‌ی عامل تورم واریانس(VIF) تمامی مقادیر کمتر از 10 و شاخص تحمل نیز بیشتر از 01/0 بود؛ می‌توان از عدم هم‌خطی اطمینان حاصل کرد. در پژوهش حاضر برای شناسایی داده‌های پرت تک متغیری برای متغیرهای مشهود، از جدول فراوانی و نمودار جعبه‌ای استفاده شد و برای شناسایی داده‌های پرت چندمتغیری، فاصله‌های ماهالانابیس²⁶ برای هر فرد محاسبه شد که درنتیجه هیچ‌کدام از شرکت‌کنندگان به‌عنوان نامعتبر و پرت شناسایی نشدند و فردی از تحلیل حذف نگردید.

در ادامه مدل ساختاری و اندازه‌گیری در شکل 1 ارائه شده است. با توجه به معنادار بودن ضریب‌های مسیر می‌توان از معرف بودن هر زیرمقیاس برای متغیر مکنون مربوطه اطمینان حاصل کرد.

با توجه به جدول 3 می‌توان مشاهده کرد که مسیر مستقیم متغیر خودشفقتی به متغیر نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن معنی‌دار نیست(056/1 T=، 078/0= β). مسیر مستقیم متغیر همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی به متغیر نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن(303/10 T=، 821/0= β) و مسیر مستقیم متغیر خودشفقتی به متغیر همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنی‌دار هستند(201/11- T=، 642/0-= β).

با توجه به جدول4 می‌توان مشاهده کرد که اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر خودشفقتی به متغیر نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن از طریق همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنی‌دار است(05/0p<، 294/0-= b).

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای همجوشی شناختی تصویر بدن در رابطه بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در زنان متقاضی جراحی‌های زیبایی بود. طبق داده‌های تجربی پژوهش، مسیر مستقیم خودشفقتی به نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن معنی‌دار نیست. همسو با نتیجه‌ی آزمون این فرضیه‌ می‌توان به نتیجه‌ی پژوهش خان و همکاران(2021) اشاره کرد، در این پژوهش پس از واردکردن متغیر واسطه‌ای خود ارزشمندی وابسته به شکل ظاهری و کنترل کردن مسیرهای غیرمستقیم مربوط به متغیر ذکرشده، رابطه‌ی مستقیم بین خودشفقتی و نگرانی‌های مربوط به بدریخت‌انگاری، معنادار نشده و خودشفقتی پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی نگرانی‌های مربوط به بدریخت‌انگاری نبود. جهت تبیین می‌توان به اصل بارون و کنی²⁸(1986) اشاره کرد؛ که حاکی از آن است اگر پس از واردکردن متغیر واسطه‌ای به مدل پژوهش و بررسی هم‌زمان هر سه متغیر، ضمن کنترل متغیر واسطه‌ای، به بررسی مسیر مستقیم بین متغیر مستقل و وابسته در قالب مدل پرداخته شود و مسیر مستقیم مورد بررسی معنادار نشود، نشان از اثر واسطه‌گری کامل متغیر واسطه‌ای در مدل پژوهش دارد؛

مبتنی بر داده­های تجربی پژوهش مسیر مستقیم خودشفقت­ورزی و همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنی­دار است. که با پژوهش‌های ساردرا و همکارانش(2020)، پایشکوفسکا²⁹ و همکارانش(2021)، تیرچ³⁰ و همکاران(2014) و خوی و همکاران(2021) همسو است. جهت تبین این فرضیه با استفاده‌ از پژوهش‌های پیشین می‌توان بیان کرد، بالا بودن سطح خودشفقتی باعث کم شدن تجربه‌ی همجوشی با افکار مربوط به تصویر بدنی می‌شود، چراکه فرد عادی با شفقت ورزیدن به خود شدت اثر افکار ناخواسته‌ی همایند با همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی را کم می‌کند. پذیرش این موضوع که دارای نقص بودن تصویر بدنی و تجربه‌ کردن رنج معطوف به آن، اجتناب‌ناپذیر است، سبب می‌شود که فرد به هنگام روبرویی با رنج به‌جای تجربه‌ی خشم با مهربانی خود را آرام کرده و نقص‌های بدنی خود را بدون قضاوت درک کند.

مبتنی بر داده‌های تجربی پژوهش مسیر مستقیم همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی به نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن معنی‌دار است. نتیجه‌ی حاصل از آزمون این فرضیه با نتیجه‌ی پژوهش‌های‌ بنتو³¹ و همکاران(2017)، فریرا³² و ترینداد(2015)، رضایی شریف و همکاران(2021) و پژوهش آقاجانی و همکاران(1398) همسو بود. در تبیین این فرضیه می‌توان گفت که، با توجه به ماهیت همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی، افراد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در تمایز واقعیت تصویر بدنی خود از آنچه ادراک می‌کنند، دچار مشکل هستند که این امر سبب بروز و تداوم علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی می‌شود. به‌طوری‌که فرد مبتلا به بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی، تجربه‌ی درونی "نقص‌های بدنی من آشکار، واضح و غیرقابل‌تحمل هستند" را حقیقتی بیرونی قلمداد کرده و واکنش‌ها به‌خصوص عملکرد وی به طرز بارزی تحت تأثیر شناخت‌های مربوط به تصویر بدنی ناقص خود، قرار می‌گیرد.

مبتنی بر داده‌های پژوهش اثر غیرمستقیم خودشفقتی به نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن از طریق همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنی‌دار است. ازآنجا که تاکنون پژوهشی با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن انجام‌نشده است، پیشینه‌ی دقیقاً مرتبطی جهت استناد موجود نیست؛ اما با توجه به این‌که هسته‌ی اصلی اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدن و اختلال در خوردن، تصویر بدنی است(هرابوسکی³³ و همکاران، 2009؛ رافولو³⁴ و همکاران، 2006؛ روزن³⁵ و رامیرز، 1998)، می‌توان از پژوهش‌های که به بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای همجوشی شناختی در رابطه با تصویر بدن پرداخته‌اند، جهت تبیین استفاده کرد. در پژوهش‌های دوارت و گوویا³⁶(2017) سیموئز³⁷ و همکاران(2017) ملو³⁸ و همکاران(2020) نیز همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی دارای نقش واسطه‌ای بوده استدر جهت تبیین می‌توان بیان کرد که، نگرش غیر قضاوتی به افکار پیرامون ظاهر بدنی، به هوشیار بودن و واکنش نشان ندادن به آن‌ها به فرد این فرصت را می‌دهد که به‌صورت روان‌شناختی از افکار خود فاصله گرفته و با آن‌ها همجوشی پیدا نکند. چراکه فرد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن به سبب همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی، خود را با باورها، حس‌های بدنی، افکار مربوط به شکل ظاهری یکسان ارزیابی می‌کند، به هوشیاری خود را نسبت به تجربه‌ی درونی از تصویر بدنی‌اش از دست می‌دهد و از برخورد مهربان و غیر قضاوت گر با خود فاصله می‌گیرد، که این امر سبب بروز و تداوم علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی در وی می‌شود.

با توجه به نتایج ذکر شده از پژوهش‌های پیشین و نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر می‌توان بیان داشت که همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی در رابطه‌ی بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت انگاری بدنی در زنان متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی نقش واسطه‌ای کامل دارد، به‌طوری که تمام ارتباط بین خودشفقتی و نشانگان بدریخت انگاری بدنی در این افراد، از طریق مسیر غیر مستقیم همجوشی شناختی مربوط به تصویر بدنی معنا می‌شود.

با توجه به فراوانی زنان دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در بین متقاضیان دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی، از نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر می‌توان در مطالعات بیشتر در مورد متقاضیان دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی با نشانگان بدریخت انگاری بدنی، استفاده کرد.

با توجه به این‌که تنها روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌های خود گزارشی بوده است، باید احتمال سوگیری و تحریف گویه‌های پرسشنامه‌ها توسط آزمودنی‌ها را مدنظر قرارداد. با توجه به این‌که نمونه‌گیری پژوهش از جامعه زنان متقاضی جراحی‌های زیبایی بوده است، با توجه به در نظر گرفتن جنسیت باید در تعمیم نتایج پژوهش احتیاط کرد. انجام پژوهش‌های کیفی پیرامون همجوشی شناختی با توجه به نقش فراتشخیصی در اختلالات مختلف، انجام پژوهشی با روش شبه تجربی با طرح پیش و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه جهت بررسی اثربخشی آموزش روانی مبتنی بر خودشفقتی در متقاضیان جراحی‌های زیبایی دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی و انجام پژوهش‌هایی با کنترل سایر متغیرهای احتمالی که مداخله‌گر در پژوهش حاضر بوده‌اند؛ از جمله پیشنهادات نظری پژوهش حاضر است. با توجه به اهمیت غربال کردن افراد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی در بین متقاضیان دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی، از پژوهش حاضر می‌توان جهت تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی به‌منظور آگاه‌سازی متخصصین ارائه‌دهنده‌ی جراحی‌های زیبایی نظیر جراحان پلاستیک استفاده کرد. از طرفی با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌توان با برگزاری کارگاه‌هایی مبتنی بر پرورش مهارت‌هایی مانند خودشفقتی و انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی که منجر به کاهش همجوشی شناختی می‌گردد به افراد دارای نشانگان بدریخت‌انگاری بدنی که متقاضی دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی هستند، کمک کرد که با تصحیح برخوردی که با تصویر بدنی خود دارند، به‌جای دریافت جراحی‌های زیبایی، آموزشی که پاسخ مناسب‌تری را به نیازهای روان‌شناختی این دسته از افراد می‌دهد، دریافت نمایند.

The relationship between self-compassion and body dysmorphic symptoms in women applying for Cosmetic surgeries: the mediating role of cognitive fusion related to body image

 

 

 

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of cognitive fusion variable related to body image in the relationship between self-compassion variable and body dysmorphic symptoms variable in women applying for beauty services .The method used in the existing research is a description of the correlation type (structural equation modeling). The statistical population included all women between 20 and 50 years old who visited beauty clinics in Tehran to receive beauty services or advice on beauty services. The sample of this research includes 319 people who were selected as available. In order to collect the information needed for the research, the questionnaires of the Self-Compassion Short Form Scale (SCS-SF), the Modified Yale-Brown Obsession Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder Phillips (BDD-YBOCS) and the Ferreira Body Image-Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ-BI) were used. The data was analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling and according to the results of the present study, it can be stated that the meta-diagnostic factor of cognitive fusion related to body image plays a full mediating role in the relationship between self-compassion and body dysmorphic symptoms in women applying for cosmetic surgeries that the whole relationship between self-pity and body dysmorphic symptoms in these people is understood through the indirect path of cognitive fusion related to body image.
