Abstract :
The research was proceeded to investigate how resiliency, positive and negative affects associate to self efficacy. The sample embraced 74 women of Ahwaz Municipal Administration employees whom were selected randomly via simple sampling procedure; based on Morgan table. Conner& Davidson Resiliency Scale (CD-RISC), Positive and Negative Affect Scales and General Self Efficacy Scale were administrated as data sources. The research was designed to be a correlation study. Multiple regression analysis as the main statistic implemented procedure revealed that there were statistically significant multiple correlation (MR=0/80, p≤0. 05) between resiliency, positive and negative affects from one hand and self efficacy to the other hand. The results also indicated that the most portions (totally %63) of dependent variable variance significantly would be predicted by the triple independent variables while resiliency played the dominant role.
