Abstract :
The Gnostic school is one of the most important religious-mystical schools of the first pre-Christian and later centuries, which has the foundation of the most fundamental epistemological and philosophical ideas of that time in its theological system. Thoughts such as duality, the descent of the soul, intuitive knowledge, and the theory of salvation. This article tries to explain the general structure of Gnostic thought and how it is formed as an influential school of thought, to the most important principles of this school on topics such as Gnostic knowledge and esoteric consciousness, theology and the secondary perspective of existence, anthropology and dual spiritual origin. And human material, cosmology and material and unstable structure of the world, destiny and the subject of liberation, the salvation of human salvation, as well as the discussion of Gnostic ethics and its practical frameworks and the general views of this school on the basic intellectual and philosophical issues of the time.
