The study of Auto spare parts specialists’ points of view to the role of social capabilities with organizational culture approach by using confirmatory factor analysis and path model

Abstract :
Culture formation depends on the reasons for the creation of organization and its place in society and its success factors such as efficiency, quality of providing services, innovation, hard work and loyalty to the organization. When an organizations born, it takes a lot of effort from the staff to the success of the organization. Given the role of organizational culture in enhancing the quality of health care, considering its effective variables is of extraordinary importance. In the meantime, social capabilities isone of the variables that influence on organizational culture and facilitates the certain acts of individuals within the structure; accordingly, the purpose of this article is to study the role of social capabilities in organizational culture from the auto spare parts specialists perspectives. This research is practical according to its purpose, but according to the research methodology is descriptive –correlative type. The statistical sample of the research includes 425 auto spare parts specialists' working in different sectors in industries of tabriz city. In this article, a research form used to gather the theoretical basics and research literature; In addition, to gather data two questionnaires were used which distributed among statistical sample of the investigation, after examining the reliability and stability. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson's correlation coefficient tests and structural equations also used. The finding suggests that, social capabilities with a standardized coefficient of 0.79 and 12.58 t-value affect organizational culture. Social capabilities affect the sustainability culture by a factor of 0.603, on the responsibility culture by a factor of 0.529. On collaborative culture by a factor of 0.802 and on the adaptation culture by a factor of 0.581.Accordingly, it has proposed that managers can strengthen the social capabilities by giving more authority to auto spare parts specialists, establishing different work teams, and creating more sense of confidence to the staff and colleagues. As a result, the organizational culture consolidated and the benefits of a strong culture be used. Results obtained for this research have some limitations, including use of questionnaires and due to those in the diagnosis of the actual/available situation, it recommended that in future researches, other tools shouldusedto collect data in addition to using questionnaires. Another limitation of this study is in its statistical sample; Statistical sample of the present study consists of only425auto spare parts specialists, which seems low with regard to the number of employees in this job. Therefore, more cautious should take in generalizing the results of the study to the general society.
