Abstract :

AbstractThe present study was conducted with the aim of establishing a scale for attitudes toward education and job creation among students. The first questions of the questionnaire were evaluated based on the three components of theoretical attitudes and the theory of occupational adaptation of the person with the environment. The contents of the items were reviewed by the experts. The approved item was selected. The population consisted of students from Zanjan University who were selected through a step-by-step sampling method.
