The Relationship Between Impulsivity and Sensation Seeking Social Skills Among High Students in Tehran

Abstract :
Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between social skills and behavior, impulsivity Mkhatrh Jvyanh male and female students in secondary schools in 1395 was the one in Tehran. The study population included all male and female students in secondary schools in 1395 Region 1 Tehran who are studying them. Sampling method is multi-stage random. The research tools include: social skills questionnaire teenagers (TISS), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, a questionnaire is the Zuckerman. The results showed that social skills (prosocial and antisocial behavior) was significantly and the level 0/01 Impulsive behavior in high school students has forecasted (F (197.2) = 8.043. P< 0/01). Investigation showed that the value of multiple correlation squared multiple correlation coefficient (R2) Is equal to 0/075. This suggests that social skills 7/5 percentage of variance explained impulsive behavior. Analysis showed that the two components of social skills, anti-social behavior (β=0.267, P< 0.01) Positive and significant levels of impulsive behavior in high school students 0.01 is forecasted. Thus it can be concluded that antisocial elements for positive social skills impulsive behavior in high school students forecasts.
