Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis King spiritual intelligance scale for high school theachers in Tehran.

Abstract :

Abstract: This study examined the factor structure of the scale structure of King spiritual intelligance among high school theachers in Tehran. The sample consisted of 306 theachers that teach in high school  who was a multi -stage random sampling of the schools in Tehran. scale spiritual intelligence factor structure using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted in two ways. The results showed that the internal consistency is acceptable Cronbach's alpha coefficients0/907.by using Varimax rotation five factors were structed  . The confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the results of the confirmatory factor analysis suggest that the structure of the questionnaire was acceptable fit to the data and all goodness of fit indices, the model confirms The results of the factor analysis, similar to studies in primary cultures of reliability and validity coefficients are close to the results of previous research.just in varimax rotation,factors number was not similar to the results of previous research .  factor structure and validation is similar to the results of previous research. Therefore, given the favorable psychometric properties of the questionnaire is a useful tool for determining theachers spiritual intelligance.
