Abstract :
Hadi Seddighi[1] Alireza Soltani[2] Abstract: Over than 6 years have passed since the announcement of resistive economic policies but unfortunately, so far, policies like many other public policies have failed to achieve the goals and have not been able to advance the country towards a clear economic horizon. These policies have failed in policy persuasion and the mobilization of the various forces and executive agencies of the country. As a result, the study of why policy failures in policy persuasion are important, so the main question of the research is: what is the reason for the failure of resistive economic policies in the policy persuasion of policy executors? The present research is applied in terms of applied purpose and according to the nature of data, descriptive and analytical. The research hypothesis also suggests that: the failure in policy persuasion among policy executors is due to inefficient and rentier bureaucratic structures.
