Abstract :
Study of the two Fundamentalists and Moderators Discourses and its Impact on the Iran and Europe Relations Abstract Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran up to now, the European countries have interested in establishing relations with Iran and utilizing of Iran's economic capacities. Although over the past decades, the relations between the two sides have gone through various ups and downs, whether hostile or friendly, however, the political and economic influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the European Union in international and regional exchanges could provide a suitable basis for expanding cooperation and convergence between two sides. The EU is one of the newfound actors in the international arena, which has found more opportunity to strengthen itself in the international relations after the end of the Cold War. During this period, the different governments of Iran have set their foreign policy direction with the EU on the basis of realistic and idealistic discourses. One of the main features of Iran's foreign policy has been the uninterrupted effort to make balance between great powers or to work with one side against another. While Iran has a unique geopolitical situation which caused Iran to be stayed at the center of the attention by the great powers. Thus, this research tries to answer this question that; what effects have the foreign policy discourses of fundamentalists and Moderates had on the Iran and the EU relations? In this regard, the analysis of foreign policy discourses of the Islamic Republic of Iran during fundamentalist and moderate periods shows that Iran's nuclear case has been the source of the most differences between Iran and Europe. by changing the discourse atmosphere in Iran, most European countries have achieved a new understanding based on mutual cooperation.
