Abstract :
Investigating the relationship between justice and peace with virtuous politics (case study: Islam and Congregation) Abstract The present study uses a comparative approach to explain the concept of peace and justice from the point of view of political philosophy. In this research Islam is considered the central slab. Islam as a divine religion, which draws the principles of justice for peace with the goal of prosperity and the perfection of human beings in particular in the private and public realms. On the other hand, in the West, modern contemporary school with epistemic teachings, rooted in common morals and politics as virtues, is one of the most prominent currents of thought. Due to the conditions and crises of the human society, the development of specialized discourses in the field of theoretical discussion is necessary.
