Abstract :

Ideolgies traced back to base of social thinke. role of leaders is combination of their activities with the element of social ideologies. this kind of loyalty to ideologies could make amaine ohstacle to leaders for replacement of rationality instead of ideolgy. but in some societies due to popular ideologies there is aconceptual gape among leaders and social ideologies so that finaly leaders go in a direction of dictatoshipe and collaps or revolution. so this is the rationality of leaders defines the ideolgy. In this article we will explanine why the leaders depart from the rule of ideology and direct to dictator shipe.in this regard, thehypothesis of this article is: Leader, replace their rationality to common ideology gradualy and role by their thinke model, that,s why this gradually and role by their thinke model, that,s why this is the maine element to depart of people frome ideal ideology and fail andcollapse of ideologies. the scope of this research is collapse of soviet uonion with communism ideology and collapse of second pahlavi government with islam ideology
