The main question that this research seeks to find an answer to is what are the main cultural and political barriers to women's participation in the inclusive parties of the country and what is the role of cultural structure in this regard? More generally, the dominance of patriarchal culture in society along with informal political barriers has a negative impact on three factors related to the participation of women's personality traits, political motivations and social status in society in order to achieve confirmation or rejection of hypotheses.
