Abstract :

Democracy as a universal value recognized in the era of globalization. That's why all  the thinkers and theorists see the thesis in its thesis .  In fact, it can be said that democracy is the most complex known thinkers of the Islamic world. Ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi is among thinkers about democracy and religious democracy theories has to offer.  He believes that although the nature and essence of democracy is not accepted.
