Abstract :
Excluding and limiting contracts, The Liquidated Damage Contract and Intensification of Responsibility in Forcible Liability can be recognized as influential contracts about the degree of extra-contractual liability. In Iranian law, among the contracts about the extra-contractual liability which are signed before the occurrence of damages, the authenticity of contracts determining promissory fee and intensifying contracts are not among the controversial issues; But at the same time it is necessary to get acquainted with reasons of the validation, types, and adjustability of these agreements. It is possible that the probable factor of damage and probable injured, determine a clear amount of money for compensation before the loss. Also the intensification of Responsibility in Forcible Liability could be imagined in different ways. In the current article, in addition to Iranian law, we are to examine these two types of contract in Egyptian law.
