Abstract :
Qatar is situated at the heart of the Persian Gulf, and that is why it has a strategic and sensitive position. From viewpoint of having Arabic ethnicity, being in line with western policies and suffering from the fear of domestic and foreign threats, Qatar is similar to other Arab nations and is different from others when it comes to having border disputes with United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and some independent policies as well. In the meantime, Qatar’s counter-measures despite the good will of Islamic Republic of Iran during the recent years, have made the relations between the two countries different in nature
