Abstract :

This study investigates the relationship between the effects of new developments in the Arab world between 2010 and 2015 on Persian Gulf oil.  The relationship between these two variables is studied within the framework of hegemonic stability theory.  The results are based on the facts that until the crisis are not engaged with the most oil-producing countries; do not expect the impact of the new political developments on the oil.On the other hand, since the politicians in the United States Persian Gulf oil as a material element of the hegemonic power of the US is crucial.West's efforts for preservation of oil exporters, West opposition by economic self-interest RussiaPolitical changes in the Middle East alongside a series of national and regional characteristics, such as  Inflexible structures to support economic stability in the Middle East countries of Saudi traditional oil flow of energy security,  The expected impact of the recent crisis on Persian Gulf oil has reduced significantly.However, in the medium term, it can be reduced to issues such as oil prices, Increasing oil production, the importance of alternative fuels and increasing the risk of investment in oil projects noted.
