Abstract :
The modes of peace and the relation between peace and justice has been the focal point of the discussions about setting up the justice in political philosophy for over twenty centuries. The theory of Just war is among the most important theories of pacifism and establishment of utopia in the political philosophy which is developed by philosophical and juridical thinkers. According to political thinkers (philosophers and Juris consults) war is divided to tow type of Just war and unjust war and the goal of the theory of Just war is to establish peace in utopia in which justice and ethical virtues are dominant. Establishment of utopia is the most important achievement of Just war theory in which there is an attempt to distinguish between war for justice as well as justice in war and to present a clear inter pretention of it by means of philosophical and juridical reasons and to determine the principles of war so that the border of just war and unjust war will be known
