Abstract :
United States Foreign policy towardJoint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)and its Political-Security Consequences Abstract With Donald Trump in the United States as the elected president, predictions suggest a widespread change in the country's foreign policy approach to some issues, including Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Tramp's threats to tearing up and disrupting JCPOA implementation have raised concerns about the continued operation of this international strategic document. The present research has responded to this question that, what are the effects and consequences of Trump's rise to power and U.S. Withdrawal from the Iran Nuclear Deal in terms of political-security dimensions? The results of the research show that the effects of Trump’s policy include the split in US national coherence with the regional and international policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the likelihood of introducing Trump as responsible in the domestic law of the United States, the possibility of imposing further sanctions in other areas against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the possibility of imposing two and three on the Islamic Republic of Iran... Finally, a number of strategies have been proposed to prevent the disruption of the JCPOA by Trump. They include: utilizing the capacity of the United Nations Security Council, using the domestic capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, resorting to the Dispute Settlement Commission and exploiting the relative conflict of interest between the United States and the European Union. Keywords: Trump, Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPOA), Islamic Republic of Iran, United States of America, Security Council.
