Abstract :
A comparative study of ethnic politics in the Pahlavi government (first and second) and the Islamic Republic of Iran Abstract The purpose of this study is a comparative study of ethnic policy in the Pahlavi government (first and second) and the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research was done by descriptive-analytical method and through library and documentary studies. What can be the most ethnic policy and the best proposed strategy in the field of ethnic politics in Iran? And the findings show that the multiplicity of ethnic-religious groups in any society, including Iranian society, due to differences in value and normative systems is a potential source for weakening social harmony and cohesion, so any political order should have ethnic policies.
