Abstract :
The present study seeks to explain some of the harms to the community and international relations that are mentioned in Imam Khomeini's will and subsequently follow the recommended solutions in Islamic jurisprudence according to its sources (Quran, hadiths, reason). , Consensus) to confront and treat them. Given that the social and international approach to the will has been somewhat neglected, it is necessary to address it in this study.
