Abstract :
Abstract[1] This research was conducted in order to investigate the effect of different levels of prebiotic safmannan in the diet on the growth performance of Koi carp. In this research, 120 pieces of baby fish with an average initial weight of 200 grams were divided into 4 groups for 8 weeks and each group had 3 repetitions. (0.01% of prebiotic safmannan per kg of food), treatment 3 (0.15% of prebiotic safmannan per kg of food). Breeding conditions were monitored daily in all 12 pools. The results of this study showed that adding different levels of prebiotic saf mannan to koi fish diet has a significant effect on growth factors (p<0.05). At the end of the experiment, the fish fed in treatment 2 had higher weight, more weight gain and lower food conversion ratio than the control treatment and other treatments (p < 0.05). Also, the use of prebiotic Safmannan in 3 treatments led to increased survival in They were not compared to the control group. In the composition of the carcass, prebiotic safmannan did not cause any change in the amount of protein and fat of the carcasses and only caused an increase in carcass ash and a decrease in the moisture content of koi fish carcasses. * Corresponding Authors;hossein.varshoie@gmail.com
