Abstract :
Dealing with the humanities, regardless of its Islamic and immaterial aspects, can plunge human minds into a vortex that makes it difficult to get rid of. However, in this way, man may find his possessions lost. One of the most perverted and dangerous branches of the humanities is the branch of political science and its tendencies, which, in order not to address them from a religious, value and immaterial point of view, usually remain untouched and untouched. Suspicion interprets it and finally executes it. Addressing current political issues, examining the situation in different parts of the world, international relations and foreign policy of countries are among the branches of political science in which the capacity for rulings is very wide and at the same time necessary. Dealing with how this ruling is made, entering the second forty years of the revolution, from the perspective of the wise jurist of the revolution, can have a double aspect. In this research, we seek to extract the jurisprudential thinking applicable to foreign policy from His Holiness Leh's point of view in a descriptive-analytical manner and using library resources. Addressing the three important principles of dignity, wisdom and expediency in foreign policy and based on Islamic standards, can provide the grounds for the formation of foreign policy.
