غربالگری عمر گلجایی و صفات بیوشیمیایی هشت رقم گل شاخه بریده آلسترومریا

Abstract :
گل آلسترومریا بهدلیل طول عمر و طیف گستردهای از رنگها به یکی از محبوبترین گلها در اروپا تبدیل شده است. با این وجود پژمردگی زودرس و ریزش گلچهها حتی قبل از باز شدم آنها عمر گلجایی آن را کاهش میدهد. به همین دلیل آزمایشی با هدف بررسی صفات بیوشیمیایی و مورفولوژیکی گلهای آلسترومریا بهمنظور غربالگری هشت رقم Topaz, Chicago, Mayfair, Onyx, Frosty, Bellevue, Samanthaو Dimension ازگلهای شاخه بریده آلسترومریا انجام شد. در طول اجرای آزمایش صفاتی چون عمر گلجایی، پژمردگی، جذب آب، میزان کلروفیل، درصد مواد جامد محلول، محتوای آب نسبی، فعالیت کاتالاز، فعالیت پراکسیداز و پروتئین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها با روش کلاستر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل مشخص نمود که رقم Frosty و Mayfairاز نظر صفات بیوشیمیایی و مورفولوژیکی بیشترین اختلاف را با یکدیگر داشتند. اما Frosty متفاوتترین رقم از سایر ارقام بود به گونهای که در تجزیه کلاستر در گروه جداگانه قرار گرفت. در نتیجه، دو رقم با طولانیترین و کوتاهترین طول عمر مشخص شد. همچنین بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز مربوط به رقم Frosty بود و با رقم Mayfair تفاوت معنیداری داشت.
