Abstract :
In this study, the effect of Schoenfield's theory resources framework on the algebraic thinking levels of seventh grade students in the subject of volume and volume in the academic year of 1402-1403 in one Karaj district was investigated. According to Schoenfield, resources are foundations based on problem-solving performance. A definition of these foundations is a list of what problem solvers know and the way they acquire knowledge. This research is applied in terms of purpose and quasi-experimental in terms of execution method. The statistical population of this research is the 7th grade girls of one district of Karaj, from which a sample of 50 people was randomly divided into two classes of 25 people as an experimental group and a control group. The research tool was two tests based on the level of generalization of calculations, functional thinking and modeling, the validity of the questions was confirmed with the help of math teachers and the reliability of the questions was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.96 and 0.87.
