Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine the components and objectives of learning management in schools in the age of social media. The qualitative research approach and meta-composite research method using the Sandelowski and Barroso model and the studied community, including scientific books, conducted research, treatises, theses and articles related to the research topic in the scientific databases of Irandak, Maghiran, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Normagz, Alam Net and academic Jihad database, schools related to school learning management in the age of social media from 2010 to 2023 (there were 123 articles, the sample size of 44 articles were selected based on the principle of theoretical saturation using the purposeful sampling method. The data collection tool was through the browsing system The research literature and checklist and the content analysis method and the coding method were used in the data analysis. The findings showed that the goals of school learning management in the era of social media include: attention to all aspects of learning management, coherence between learning management and social media, the influence of media and Learning management was based on the realization of educational goals. The components of learning management were also in 26 floors, planning with a technological approach, making use of social networks, teaching on the basis of technology, improving the teaching and learning process on the basis of technology, developing the interaction of students with the improvement of school performance. from media, development of competencies, organization, learning promotion, self-learning development, technological educational resources, creativity, knowledge transfer, strategies, social development, counseling, productivity, entrepreneurship, employability, interpersonal interaction, coordination, innovation, prioritization, development of individual skills, guidance. Therefore, the management of students' education on the Internet requires more attention to systematization and cultural guidance to better meet the needs of modern development.
