The Relationship between Teachers' Organizational Intelligence and their Organizational Commitment (Case Study: Mashhad High Schools)

Abstract :
The present study investigates the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational commitment of teachers in Mashhad high schools. The method research is descriptive and Correlational. The statistical population consists of male and female high school teachers and the sample size is 242. Multi-stage cluster sampling method .To collect the data, the two questionnaires selected through Albrecht's organizational intelligence and Alen and Meyer's organizational commitment were used. The validity of the questionnaires was verified and their reliability was estimate by 94% and 77% through Cronbach test. Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation model were used for data analysis. The results indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational commitment. Also, there is a positive relationship between different dimensions of organizational intelligence (strategic vision, belief in a common destiny, the desire to change employee performance, employee spirit, unity and agreement indices, knowledge and attitudes of managers) with respect to employees' performance.
