Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this research was an analysis of relationship between transformational leadership style in managers Ostandari Khorasan Razavi and entrepreneurship capabilities in personnel. The research type was descriptive - correlative method. The statistical population consisted of 79 personnel of which through simple random sampling method 32 members were chosen as the sample. The research instrument was 1).transformational leadership style questionnaire with 22 items and 2).entrepreneurship questionnaire with 47 items which by use of Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.93 for entrepreneurship questionnaire and 0.91 for transformational leadership style questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed at level of inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, multivariate variance and regression). Research findings revealed that mean of entrepreneurship dimensions is bigger than average. The research findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership style and need for achievement and ambiguity tolerance. Also there are a positive and significant relationship between independency and All components of entrepreneurship.

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی، رابطه بین سبک رهبری تحولی مدیران و قابلیت های کارآفرینی کارکنان استانداری خراسان رضوی در سال 1394 انجام گرفته است. نوع تحقیق از نظر روش، توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان استانداری خراسان رضوی به تعداد 610 نفر بود که از این جامعه تعداد 146 نفر کارمند با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردید. ابزار تحقیق، پرسش نامه سبک رهبری تحولی با 22 سوال و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی با 47 سوال می باشد. که روایی محتوایی و سازه دو پرسش نامه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسش نامه کارآفرینی 93/0 و سبک رهبری تحول آفرین 91/0 برآورد گردید. که در سطح آلفای 1% معنادار بوده و حاکی از پایایی بالای ابزار اندازه گیری است. هم چنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های این پژوهش از نرم افزار spss16 در دو سطح آمار استنباطی و توصیفی استفاده شد. در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از یافته های پژوهش در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین مولفه های کارآفرینی بالاتر از حد متوسط است. در سطح 95% بین سبک رهبری تحول گرا مدیران و کارآفرینی کارکنان استانداری خراسان رضوی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین ضریب رگرسیون نشان داد سبک رهبری تحول گرا قابلیت تبیین و پیش بینی کارآفرینی کارکنان را دارد و می تواند در مدل رگرسیونی قرار گیرد.
