Abstract :
This descriptive survey is conducted to study organizational learning process of bank staffs in Dorud city. Research statistical population included 321 staffs of understudied banks. 175 individuals were selected as research sample through using Cochran formula. Research data were collected through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS. Research findings showed that collective learning, organizational evolution, individual empowerment, knowledge management, as well as applying information technology were more than intermediate among bank staffs in Dorud. According to research results, it concluded that organizations may cause development along with global evolutions by providing necessary requirement of permanent learning for staffs
