Evaluation of Time management skills and job stress of Teachers in Secondary Schools in Sabzevar

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to access the time management skills and job stress of teachers in secondary schools of Sabzevar. The research is descriptive and of correlational type. 180 out of 627 teachers in secondary schools for girls in Sabzevar participated in this study. They were selected through cluster sampling. Karami moghadams questionnaire of time management and vanderdofs questionnaire of job stress were used for data collection. The reliability questionnaires were 0.73 for time management, 0.83 organizational skills, and 0.82 for vanderdofs questionnaire. For data analysis, bivariate correlation and regression methods were used. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the lack of job stress and interpersonal skills and organizational skills. The results of regression analysis also showed that both personal and organizational skills of time management stress can be good predictors of job stress.
