Abstract :
Abstract: The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the intellectual capital management in different zones of Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population consisted of all the employees of the IAU branches out of which 998 were selected using stratified random sampling method. The Bentis's (1997) Intellectual capital questionnaire was administered. The results of on-way ANOVA and LSD test showed that there is a significant difference between intellectual capital management indexes in different IAU zones. The average index of intellectual capital management in zone 3 is larger than the ones in zones 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The index in zone 4 is larger than that in 2; zone 5 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13; the index in zone 7 is larger than the ones in 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than the rest of the zones; zone 8 is larger than 1, 2, and 6 but smaller than the rest of the zones; 9 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; this index in zone 10 is larger than that in zones 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; zone 11 is larger than 2 and 6; zone 12 is larger than 2 and 6 and finally the index in zone 13 is larger than that in zone 2.
